On Instagram, “Link History” is a useful feature that keeps a record of the links you have visited or clicked on. The feature works in Instagram’s in-app browser, where users often open links from ads, business profiles, or other sources.

#1. On Mobile Phone
If you want to access Instagram browsing link history on your Android or iPhone or want to permanently delete visited links from the link history page, it is very easy. For this, you just have to follow the steps given below one by one.
To find & clear links you’ve visited on Instagram:
- Open Instagram App on Your Android or iPhone.
- Go to Profile Section and Tap on Three Lines (≡) Menu at Top Right Corner.
- Tap on Your Activity Under the ‘How You use Instagram’.
- Scroll Down and Tap on Link History.
- Here, You Can See All Recently Visited Links.
- To Delete One Link from History, Simply Tap on “X” Icon Next to Link.
- To Delete All Links from History At Once, Simply Tap on Clear All.
#2. On Computer
If you use Instagram Web on your PC, laptop, or desktop and want to view link history, unfortunately, the link history feature is currently not available on Instagram Web.
If you click on any Instagram links, they will all be stored in your browser history. This means you can open your browser history to view recently visited links and clear them if you want.

Q 1. Can I recover my deleted Instagram link history?
Answer – No! Instagram doesn’t offer any way to recover your link history once you’ve deleted it or after the 30-day limit. Link history is only saved for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.
