Xiaomi is now testing Android 16 stable on 27 phones
Xiaomi has started internal testing for Android 16 on several of its smartphones, including Redmi and POCO models, in the global and China markets. This update is expected to come with HyperOS 2.3, which will be launched with the latest features and improved performance.
According to the reports so far, Xiaomi has started testing Android 16 Stable for around 27 models of its flagship and mid-range series. The company is testing at such a pace that it seems Xiaomi will release the stable Android 16 update for all its devices on the very first day of Android 16’s release.

As per XiaomiTime, Xiaomi has extended the testing of Android 16 Stable to the following 27 devices, all of which are mentioned below.

- Xiaomi MIX FOLD 4 (China)
- Xiaoki MIX FLIP (China and Global)
REDMI Series
- REDMI K60 Ultra (China)

- POCO F7 Ultra (Global and EEA)
Currently, internal testing is ongoing, so the stable build may take some time to be released. Experts suggest that the Android 16 update with Xiaomi HyperOS 2.3 could roll out in the coming months.
